Abandoned Berliner Park Water Treatment Facility
The abandoned water treatment facility along the Scioto River in Berliner Park has no history of being haunted. We decided to visit the area because we were in the area, and because it will soon be decommisioned and therefore has historical significance. One thing we can say about this area is though it's not suppossed to be haunted, at night it would be very spooky.
